We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic technology team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure management, and automation tools. This role requires fluency in both French and English (minimum B2 level), as day-to-day communications and documentation may occur in either language.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with software development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to enhancing security, improving observability, and maintaining high availability of services in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Manage and support CI/CD pipelines in tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents to ensure system reliability and availability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to support deployment and operations needs.
• Automate manual processes and reduce human error through scripting and configuration management.
• Ensure the security and compliance of infrastructure and cloud environments.

Requirements:

• Professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken) at a minimum B2 level.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and system administration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to write robust scripts in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and best practices in infrastructure management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team.

Location: Lisbon

Salary: €45,000 per annum
