About the Company

Our client is transforming supply chain planning by making advanced capabilities accessible to SMEs and mid-sized businesses. By combining AI-driven planning software with expert services, it enables clients to run high-performing supply chains without the need for in-house teams. This company works with leading brands in FMCG, food & beverage, and consumer goods, and is currently expanding its Services team.

Your New Role
This role involves joining at an early stage as a Demand & Supply Planner based in Portugal, working closely with a client to manage the full demand planning cycle while acting as the local expert for the planning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end demand planning process at client level.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and lead regular demand review cycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, logistics, and operations teams.
• Act as system owner and platform expert at the client site.
• Continuously improve planning tools and processes.
• Work with engineering teams to provide feedback and support product improvements.
• Contribute to defining processes and best practices.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of more junior team members.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 3–6 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP/IBP environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with forecasting methods and planning processes.
• Familiarity with planning tools (ERP, APS, or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Native Portuguese Speaker with fluency in English (spoken and written).
