This job position requires a cominbation of day shifts and night shifts.


As a Hotel Receptionist (day shifts), you are the face of the guest experience, responsible for managing the front desk with efficiency and a welcoming professional demeanor. Your primary duties include handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and coordinating guest requests to ensure a seamless stay. You act as a central hub for communication, providing local recommendations and resolving any issues with poise and a solution-oriented mindset.


As a Night Receptionist (night shifts), you serve as the hotel’s primary point of contact during the overnight hours, balancing guest services with essential administrative duties. Your role involves managing late-night check-ins, resolving guest issues independently, handling emergencies, and performing the "Night Audit" to reconcile the day’s financial transactions. Beyond administrative tasks, you are responsible for maintaining a secure environment and ensuring the lobby is prepared for the morning rush, making you a vital link between the hotel's daily operations.


Perfil do Candidato

Communication Skills: Fluency in the local language (and often English) with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.

Customer Service Orientation: A naturally helpful attitude and the ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.

Technical Proficiency: Comfort using Property Management Systems (PMS), multiline phone systems, and basic office software (like Microsoft Excel and Outlook).

Multitasking Ability: The skill to handle a ringing phone, a guest at the desk, and an incoming email simultaneously without losing focus.

Problem-Solving: The initiative to resolve guest complaints or logistical hiccups (like overbookings) quickly and independently.

Attention to Detail: Precision in handling cash, processing credit card payments, and maintaining accurate guest records.

Professional Appearance: Adherence to grooming standards and a professional dress code, as you are the "face" of the brand.

Flexibility: Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, holidays, or those specific night shifts we discussed.
