Your New Role
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in helping clients maximise the value of their digital data and marketing investments. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that support business growth, improve customer journeys, and enhance digital performance.
You will be involved in a wide range of analytics initiatives, including data collection strategies, reporting frameworks, dashboard development, conversion optimisation projects, and marketing performance analysis. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work across multiple industries while contributing to the growth of a high-performing Data & Analytics practice.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support client business objectives.
  • Analyse digital performance across websites, campaigns, and online acquisition channels.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring solutions.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data used for business decision-making.
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of web analytics and data collection solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to oversee analytics, tracking, and data integration projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and enhance customer experiences.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and actionable deliverables.
  • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of analytics offerings, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Support projects across a variety of sectors, including retail, telecommunications, travel, and financial services.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in Digital Analytics, Data Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics, including GA4.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and online acquisition channels.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience working with data visualisation, reporting, and dashboarding tools.
  • Understanding of data collection frameworks, tracking solutions, and tag management systems.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies would be advantageous.
  • Experience analysing business performance and transforming data into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and business stakeholders.
  • Experience within consulting, digital marketing, media, or agency environments would be highly valued.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud technologies would be considered an advantage.
