Adecco is hiring a Customer Service Parts Consultant for a globally operating commercial vehicle company, joining the Regional Office Europe team based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role supports the spare parts business across Europe, ensuring optimal availability and timely delivery of parts. Responsibilities include collaborating with headquarters in Japan to align with market needs and vehicle population. The successful candidate will lead the Parts Logistics team, fostering a corporate culture of integrity and compliance while driving revenue growth and market penetration through strategic spare parts management.

What you will Do?

• Propose regional spare parts portfolio to align with market needs and vehicle population
• Monitor parts performance and lifecycle, initiating actions for phase-outs or replacements
• Support global product teams in introducing new parts and optimizing assortment
• Ensure data accuracy in parts catalogues and systems for efficient order processing
• Analyze parts performance and market trends to identify opportunities and risks

Your Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of experience in customer service and parts positions, including management level
• Deep understanding of parts logistics at wholesale and retail levels
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Japanese and English; knowledge of regional European languages preferred
