Adecco is hiring a Technical Trainer for a globally operating automotive company, joining the Regional Office Europe team based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves developing and delivering technical training for Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporations product portfolio across international markets. The Regional Office Europe serves as a key contact point for the European region, providing support for the full FUSO Trucks and Buses portfolio. The Technical Trainer will report to the Technical Service & Training Manager and collaborate with various departments to ensure training content meets local regulations and market requirements.

What you will Do?

• Develop innovative and efficient technical training concepts tailored to local regulations
• Deliver high-quality technical training according to the annual schedule and market requests
• Consult with colleagues to set up and adjust training schedules quarterly
• Coordinate with vendors to implement training plans when internal capacity is insufficient
• Manage training-related events for international markets

Your Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience as a technical trainer in the automotive industry for more than three years
• Business-level proficiency in English, with additional European languages as an advantage
• High level of technical and product knowledge for MFTBC in-production vehicles
• Basic skills in Articulate 360 and Adobe CC are beneficial
