The QA Lead / Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of CRM and ERP systems within the IT HUB of a major industrial and manufacturing company. This position requires a strong command of software testing methodologies, deep experience in functional analysis, and a proactive mindset focused on early detection, prevention, and resolution of issues.
Description
- Own and implement the end to end CRM/ERP testing strategy - Salesforce, SAP, other applications;
- Act as quality owner and quality gate for all CRM/ERP releases, ensuring readiness from business and technical perspectives;
- Plan, structure, and govern testing activities for global releases, including regression and end to end testing;
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate business processes into effective test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Drive the introduction and scaling of test automation, defining tools, standards, and best practices
- Guide and coach developers and CRM/ERP consultants on quality standards, testability, and defect prevention
- Continuously improve delivery reliability and testing efficiency.
Profile
A successful CRM QA Lead / Test Engineer should have:
- Senior experience in CRM/ERP (e.g. Salesforce, SAP) testing within complex, international enterprise environments;
- Strong capability to define and execute testing strategies;
- Expertise in manual testing, regression testing, and structured test documentation;
- Experience guiding and influencing cross functional teams (developers, consultants, business users);
- Hands-on experience with test automation and common testing tools (e.g. Selenium or Ranorex);
- Knowledge of API testing (e.g. SoapUI);
- Scripting or programming skills (e.g. JavaScript, Python, or similar) for automated testing;
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing concepts;
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery models;
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working in global, English speaking environments.
