The company you will be working for 
You will be joining a leading financial institution with a strong presence in the European market, known for its commitment to innovation, excellence, and long-term partnerships. The organization fosters a collaborative and professional environment, offering stability and continuous growth. 

Your new role 
  • Support the CM Manager in managing the portfolio activities with relationship with debtors 
  • Participation in negotiations of payment plans 
  • Sending payment reminders and managing the *feedbacks* from the debtors 
  • *Upload* of invoices status in the system 
  • Verify and monitor debtors' accounts 
  • Track the volume of exposure 
  • Collaborate with the internal legal unit for the initiation and management of legal actions 
  • Request to clients the probative documentation related to the receivables purchased by the Bank 
  • Check and update the information in the IT tool (invoices status, negotiations stages, payments allocation, etc…) 
  • Manage retrocession to be paid by the clients 


What you need to succeed  
  • 2-3 years of experience in managing relationships with public or private counterparties for debt recovery and negotiation of agreements 
  • Proactive *mindset* with a focus on achieving KPIs (priority oriented). 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Flexible approach to problems and strong aptitude for teamwork. 
  • Degree in Business Administration/ Law 
  • Fluent in Portuguese (Native), English (b2 at least ) , another European language is a plus 
  • Proactive *mindset* with a focus on achieving KPIs (priority oriented). 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to negotiate with debtors/public sectors. 
  • Flexible approach to problems and strong teamwork skills.
