Your mission:

Grow our M&A prospect database by identifying, contacting, and monitoring the development of target companies

Initiate prospecting calls to connect with the target companies

Visit trade shows and VMS related events

Use CRM tool and other databases to build, manage and protect your pipeline

Follow up and visit target companies on a regular basis

Manage and report interactions with targets in the CRM system

Support the M&A team during the acquisition process

What you bring:

Independent & proactive worker, who can work in teams and alone

Ability to lead conversations with senior executives and communicate at C-LEVEL

Interest in M&A, Information Technologies (IT), and Sales

Ability to work on targets

Able to write and communicate in professional native Portuguese (from Portugal) and English

Eagerness to learn

Your background:

Bachelor or Master degree preferably (not mandatory) in Business Administration, IBMS, Account Management, Finance, or Marketing Management

2-5 years' experience in business development, sales roles, or M&A

Ability to understand basic financial concepts (Financial Reporting)

Understanding of the Portuguese technological and M&A landscape

Based in (mainland) Portugal
