Our client is a Luxembourg-based asset management company, licensed both as a UCITS Management Company and an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM). The company manages a diversified portfolio of UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), focusing on Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Senior Secured Loan strategies, through both corporate and contractual fund structures.
Principais responsabilidades
Accounting:
- Record and ensure completeness of all financial transactions
- Maintain up-to-date all supporting schedules and reconcile with Trial Balances
- Record all adjustments required for group and fund reporting
Invoice Management:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of the invoice processing in accounting system
- Support invoice payments process in a timely manner
- Provide invoices to the various parties when required
Service Provider Reporting Check:
- Oversee the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) accounting prepared by external
- service provider by ensuring completeness and timeliness
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare Annual Accounts ensuring the compliance with local requirements
- Audit support by gathering and providing the required documents
Consolidation and NAV calculations
- Support consolidations and NAV calculations by ensuring required Fund GAAP adjustments are recorded
Group and regulatory reporting
- Support the regulatory reports preparation by providing data in the required format
- Prepare group reporting
Other support functions:
- Accounting system support
- Ad hoc tasks
Perfil desejado
- Professional experience as a fund accountant, fund controller, accountant or similar professional qualification
- Alternatively: Degree in finance/accounting
- Accounting knowledge within real estate, infrastructure sector is an advantage
- Good language skills in English
- You like working in a team and at the same time assuming personal responsibility
- You pay close attention to details and maintain in the context of given deadlines the view of the big picture
- You work reliably, are solution-oriented and have a "hands on" mentality
- You are flexible and feel comfortable even with changing requirements
- Experiences with MS Office is mandatory, Yardi is an advantage
