At Reckon.ai, we're on a mission to revolutionize retail through the power of AI and computer vision. Our technology automates store operations and delivers real-time insights, helping retailers and FMCG companies optimize performance, reduce waste, and create smarter, more efficient stores.
We're growing fast and looking to build a Customer Growth team to help scale our impact across markets and customers. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where business meets strategy, sales, and creativity.
What you'll do:
- Drive B2B sales, from prospecting to closing deals with retailers, FMCGs, and channel partners.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market entry.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Support to align messaging and customer engagement.
- Build strategic partnerships to accelerate our commercial reach.
- Analyze data, run experiments, and optimize what drives growth.
- Represent Reckon.ai in meetings, events, and industry conversations.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Growth, Business Development, or B2B Sales (preferably in SaaS or tech).
- Experience selling to or consulting for retailers or FMCG companies - you know their pain points and how to solve them.
- Track record of developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver results.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (French or German is a plus).
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup environment.
- Bonus: experience in retail tech, enterprise sales, or working with early-stage startups.
