You'll support a wide implementation of a Contract Management process across the group within the FSSC. You'll further develop the existing data protection management process and the existing risk management process, perform the annual bottom-up and top-down assessment and continuously assesses material risk scenarios.

Description

Contract Management

• Support the implementation of effective and efficient contract management processes and contract standards within the group (based on the internal Contract Management Guideline).
• Support the coordination between all BUs Contract Manager within the group.
• Ensure the provision of contract templates by Corporate Legal as well as foster continuously awareness in the BUs, in particular through training.

Data Protection

• Develop the data protection processes within the group (based on the internal Data Protection Concept).
• Manage the coordination between the external data protection officer in Germany and all BU data protection coordinators of the group.
• Ensure the provision of templates as well as foster continuously awareness in the BUs, in particular through training.

Risk management

• Develop the risk management processes within the group (based on the internal Risk Management Guideline).
• Perform the annual Bottom-Up and Top-Down Assessment.
• Support the management of the FSSC and BUs with detailed analyses on selected risks by using suitable procedures such as scenario analyses or Monte Carlo simulations.
• Responsible for the Group Risk Management Process.
• Ensure the provision of templates as well as foster continuously awareness in the BUs, in particular through training.

Profile

• Business degree, business law degree or related studies
• Generalist with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a commercial enterprise or relevant experience from a law firm.
• Skills and practical experience in the topics contract management and data protection (risk management experience a plus)
• Ability to think analytically, quickly identify complex facts
• Acting independently, committed and conscientiously
• Interested in further developing and constantly improving process and systems, affinity to new / advances technologies a plus
• Strong personal sovereignty, taking responsibility & ownership, and the ability to think conceptually
• Fluent in English, German language skills a plus
