Adecco Recruitment is recruiting a Continuous Improvement Project Manager (M/F)for a international client based in Porto.
This professional will report directly to the Continuous Improvement Global Projects Lead, and will work in a hybrid setting.
Key responsabilities
- Drive project management activities such as
- Task Coordination and efficient Resource Allocation;
- Problem solving Using continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, to promote investigations that can support root-cause analysis, solution design and definition of implementations action plan;
- Data analysis select, produce and present relevant qualitative information to support root cause analysis;
- Progress Monitoring Tracking project progress against the plan and timelines;
- Informing and managing stakeholder expectations and motivation;
- Communication Facilitating clear communication among team members and stakeholders with multidisciplinary skills and different cultural backgrounds;
- Keeping thorough documentation and providing status reports;
- Risk Management Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Support Continuous Improvement Department Strategy in activities such as
- Department communication;
- Projects scoping exercises;
- Innovation and organizational culture development, like development of new frameworks and facilitation of knowledge transference between team members/departments.
Profile
- Master degree in an area of business administration, engineering or project management;
- 3 to 5 years of professional experienc in similar functions;
- Experience in project management and continuous improvement, Kaizen and Lean methodology (VSM, PDCA, SIPOC, 5S, etc);
- Green/Yellow/Black Belt (preferential);
- Experience in data analysis,reporting and KPls preparation;
- Tech savvy profile, with experience in tools like Power Queries, VBA, Power BI, Sharepoint, Power automate, SmartSheet;
- Experience in the development of projects with multi-national and high level stakeholders;
- Exceptional presentation skills, adptability, and critical sense;
- Available to travel occasionally;
- Experience in services sector, and basic knowledge on Finance area and Shared Service Centers environment is a plus;
- Knowledge in SAP ECC & S/4 Hana architecture is a plus.
