The Company You Will Work For
This organization operates in the automotive and mobility sector, a global leader recognized for its innovation in sustainable transportation, advanced engineering, and digital transformation. It stands out for its commitment to future-oriented technologies, including electrification, connectivity, and cloud-based solutions that enable smarter, more efficient vehicle ecosystems.
One of its strategic initiatives is the CI/CD and Cloud Enablement Platform, designed to empower development teams by providing best practices and automation for continuous integration and delivery. This platform ensures seamless development workflows within the AWS cloud environment, fostering agility, scalability, and security. By bridging modern cloud paradigms with robust CI/CD practices, the initiative drives efficiency, standardization, and innovation across software development processes, enabling faster delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Define and align the team’s main priorities together with CSA peers and leadership.
- Coordinate with the Engineering Manager and Agile Enabler to enhance overall team maturity.
- Lead, alongside peers, the product and service management for both platform and business services – AWS Platform and CI/CD Platform (GitLab, SonarQube).
- Drive standards and best practices for these platforms.
- Promote and provide internal consulting to project and product teams.
- Maintain a holistic view of platform integration within the broader organizational ecosystem, shaping and managing the development of a long-term vision.
- Ensure a seamless and continuous development experience for the team, removing obstacles and filtering operational distractions related to platform needs.
- Manage incoming requests, including logging, clarifying, and prioritizing them, while challenging unclear expectations when necessary.
- Collaborate and align on new challenges with peers and the development team.

- Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences (concise and strategic for management vs. technically detailed for engineering teams).
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (especially AWS) and familiarity with cloud paradigms and serverless architectures (IaaS, PaaS, microservices, continuous delivery).
- Solid knowledge of software development, including languages such as Python, Bash, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
