Your New Mission
Design and implement innovative AI solutions, leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance AI systems, including data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with external platforms.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, product, operations) to deliver impactful AI-based solutions.
Continuously research and experiment with emerging Generative AI technologies to enhance existing systems and drive innovation.
Promote process improvements to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and share insights to inspire technical excellence within the team.
What You Need to Succeed
Strong background in software engineering best practices, with advanced proficiency in Python and backend API development.
Proven experience in AI and Generative AI projects, with knowledge of industry-standard frameworks and tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Agile mindset: collaboration, adaptability, mentoring, and continuous learning.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is an advantage.
Availability to travel when required (Geneva, Luxembourg).
Valid work permit for Portugal.
