CoRe Capital is currently recruiting on behalf of one of its portfolio companies. We're looking for talented driven professionals to join an innovative team and help shape the future of hospitality industry.


About Your Team:

You'll join our executive leadership team, which works closely with the executives. You will lead the finance team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and operational excellence.


How Can You Help?

You will establish and lead financial processes, systems, and controls that drive transparency and strategic decision-making. Your expertise will enhance our financial rigor, ensuring profitability, growth, and sustain investor confidence. Your role will include supervising accounting, tax and treasury, preparing and monitoring annual budget and coordinating financial management.


Key responsabilities:

  • Coordinate the finance function including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and tax.
  • Coordinate the process of preparing the annual budget and forecast treasury.
  • Provide financial insight and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor the evolution of key management indicators, identifying deviations and helping to implement corrective actions.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, banks, and investors.
  • Mentor and lead finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Solid experience in Audit, advisory or transaction services, preferably with hospitality, real estate or tourism clients.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting and strategic financial planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to interact with C-level leadership and to engage both with finance and operations teams.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Ambition and ready to step into a leadership role with dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
