Job description
Reporting to the EMEIS Group's IT Department and more directly to the "Cluster Relationship Manager", responsible for coordinating IT activities in the Group's countries of operation, you will participate in the monitoring of the IT activities of the various emeis Group subsidiaries internationally, both on recurring IT aspects (operation / RUN), on local projects and on budget management. You will be required to carry out the following activities:
Activity 1: Support for cluster IT managers
Regular follow-up of IT topics with the country's IT managers and their teams (support team, project manager, CISO)
Global management of the clusters' project portfolio (escalation, arbitration)
Coordination of Group IT actions: networks, infrastructure, architecture, support
Contribution to the quality of IT service delivery continuous improvement (monitoring indicators, review of processes, adjustment of the organization and tools, update of the application repository, )
Support clusters in the application of the MAK'IT methodology and the implementation of new Group processes
Activity 2: budget monitoring of clusters
Support to clusters for the construction of the annual IT budget (capex / opex, build / Run, )
Review and analysis of financial elements with controlling groups and clusters for quarterly closings (actuals, forecast)
Consolidated budget analysis and reporting
Activity 3: Cluster governance
Redefinition and animation of governance bodies with local teams (project, run, budget, )
Implementation of operational reviews with the Service Delivery Manager of the Group Infrastructure department
Regular reporting (risks, "weather clusters", )
Profile
High-school diploma, engineering school, business school, university or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in an international IT environment (Country Deployment Project Manager, PMO European / International Program)
Knowledge of IT management control, budget creation/monitoring/budgeting processes
Arbitration and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization
Sense of service, excellent interpersonal skills
Professional English
Occasional trips (in Europe)
Position based in Lisbon (Hybrid)
Full-time permanent contract
