Lungarno Collection is pleased to share the opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to be part of the Caffè dell’Oro team. Our research is aimed at professionals with the innate ability to be impeccable “hosts”, to offer excellent service, combining spontaneity and energy.

Contemporary Italian café that boasts a truly privileged position, with a front row view of the Ponte Vecchio, which can be appreciated even more so from the tables along the external dehor. The interior style is that of the 1950s, vintage-style furnishings interpreted with contemporary flair. Externally it’s the view that reigns supreme. The menu offers a double soul to satisfy lovers of tradition, as well as those looking for international flavours. A selection of exquisitely Italian dishes is in fact flanked by Fusion style proposals. All signed by our talented Chef Antonio Tommaso Minichiello.

 

The Chef de Partie ensures to maintain a high level of service within the standards defined by the company, guaranteeing correct management with the aim of maximizing profit. He is autonomous in the preparation of the line, takes care of the presentation of the dishes with particular attention to detail, as required by the company's standards. He guarantees the correct use and care of the machinery, as well as of the raw materials according to the standards established by the HACCP, taking care to use the various foods efficiently, in order to reduce waste. He is able to propose and present new dishes for the Menu, in agreement with the Chef.

 

 

Requirements:

 

•       Previous experience of at least 3 years in the same position

•       Autonomy in line preparation

•       Ability to directly manage raw materials

•       Independence in the management of orders for foodstuffs and supply items, control of goods in receipt and inventory management.

•       Competence, professionalism, flexibility and teamwork skills

•       Excellent organizational skills

•       Strong focus on service quality

•       Willingness to work shifts, Monday to Sunday
