We're looking for a Buyer (Lisboa)

You will operate on behalf of internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, while contributing to sourcing strategy execution and cost optimization.

Who We're Looking For:

As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in improving financial statement precision by identifying data inconsistencies, analyzing root causes, and coordinating corrective actions with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders. You will contribute directly to financial control, reporting excellence, and process improvement.

Professional Experience & Main Tasks

• Support internal clients with purchasing requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction in quality, cost, and processing time
• Prepare IT service contracts and ensure compliance with regulations, internal standards, and framework agreements
• Manage contract lifecycle activities, including e-signature processes
• Act as a trusted partner between business teams, suppliers, and procurement operations

Skills & Experience

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Expert experience in reading, negotiating, and managing contracts
• Practical knowledge of procurement tools
• Understanding of IT regulations and IT contract requirements is a plus
