We're looking for a DORA Project Manager - Lisboa/Porto

Who We're Looking For:

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading the hands-on rollout of DORA regulatory requirements across multiple entities, translating regulatory expectations into practical technical implementation. The role bridges regulatory, technical, and business teams, ensuring structured project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Professional Experience & Main Tasks

• Maintain and execute the DORA implementation roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable technical frameworks
• Coordinate stakeholders through steering committees, workshops, and progress checkpoints
• Track implementation progress, identify deviations, and escalate risks when necessary
• Provide hands-on support to technical and business teams in implementing resilience and cybersecurity measures
• Produce clear status reporting, dashboards, and management updates
• Act as a primary point of contact for DORA-related inquiries
• Maintain project documentation, FAQs, and knowledge repositories

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience managing IT-oriented projects
• Strong project planning, milestone tracking, and reporting capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solid understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity, and operational resilience concepts
• Ability to explain technical and regulatory topics to non-technical audiences
• Experience facilitating meetings and stakeholder communication
• Python scripting knowledge is a plus
