We are now looking for a Business Analyst (LMS CSOD) willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a project based in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Product Owner in the management of the LMS platform (Cornerstone on Demand)
• Contribute to BAU activities, including continuous improvements and release analysis
• Perform impact assessments and feature analysis
• Manage L3 (complex) tickets when required
• Handle small projects and non-standard requests
• Collaborate throughout the product lifecycle with stakeholders
• Support the implementation of governance processes
• Identify training needs and deliver sessions to end-users

Technical Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with CSOD LMS module (mandatory)
• Experience as a Business Analyst in product environments
• Experience with BAU activities and release management
• Ability to manage L3 support and complex tickets
• Experience working with Product Owners and stakeholders
• CSOD certifications are a plus
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
