We're Hiring: Functional Analyst - Business Intelligence
We are looking for a Functional Analyst - Business Intelligence to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. This role is key in translating business needs into effective BI solutions and driving data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for BI projects
- Design and develop BI data models (including dimensional modeling)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure data quality
- Provide training and ongoing support to BI tool users
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of BI data modeling concepts (Star Schema and/or Snowflake)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills across relational systems and BI platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions (data models, ETL mapping rules)
