Job Description

We are looking for a Training & Quality Manager to join a dynamic project in Lisbon. This role will be responsible for leading both training and quality functions, ensuring high performance standards, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the project.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Training and Quality teams, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Define, implement, and continuously improve training and quality strategies
- Oversee onboarding programs, ensuring effective and consistent training delivery
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and client guidelines
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Provide insights and recommendations to Operations based on quality and training data
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Team Leaders, and stakeholders to drive performance
- Implement and monitor action plans, coaching frameworks, and development initiatives
- Ensure consistency and calibration across teams and evaluators
Profile
- Proven experience in Training and/or Quality management roles within a BPO or contact center environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in performance management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
