We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to act as a first-line compliance partner to our crypto teams. In this hands-on role, you'll actively shape how crypto features are launched, scaled, and communicated across EU markets, translating complex regulation into practical, product-ready solutions.

What you'll be doing
- Partnering with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on EU crypto and consumer regulations, including MiCA, PSD2, distance marketing, and EU consumer protection requirements
- Supporting NIAPs, new product launches, and multi-market EU rollouts for crypto features
- Reviewing and approving customer communications and marketing materials
- Owning post-launch product reviews and ensuring regulatory decisions are clear, documented, and defensible
- Translating evolving regulation into actionable, product-ready requirements
- Conducting horizon-scanning and supporting BAU compliance activities, including KRIs, BCIs, fair value indicators, and customer sentiment metrics
- Enabling the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining delivery velocity
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
- Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations within a business context
- Experience in a top-tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, fast-growing technology company, or strategy consultancy
- An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
- Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
