Our client is a leading global company in the new energy sector, specializing in the research, development, and commercialization of lithium batteries, battery management systems (BMS), and advanced energy solutions.

With a strong international presence and continuous expansion across Europe and Asia, the company is recognized for its innovation, robust R&D capabilities, and contribution to global industry standards.

To support its international growth, the company is strengthening its Overseas Business team.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand international business opportunities across Europe and Southeast Asia.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions based on lithium battery products and applications.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client engagement, technical discussions, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, product, and marketing) to align customer requirements with product solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Support bidding processes, quotations, and commercial proposals.
  • Ensure proper risk management in international sales and maintain healthy business performance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Science-related fields (e.g., Electrochemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the lithium battery / new energy industry.
  • Experience in technical sales, business development, or international sales.
  • Strong understanding of lithium battery technologies and applications.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales lifecycle independently.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory, working language).
  • Knowledge of international markets, especially Europe and/or Southeast Asia.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
