For our two Michelin Star Restaurant and Bar we are looking for a personable, passionate, driven and knowledgable Bartender.
This is an extraordinary opportunity for a talented professional who takes pride in delivering impeccable service and crafting memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities:

-Maintain a clean, organized & fully stocked bar area
-Prepare & serve a range of cocktails, aperitifs & other beverages
-Provide attentive service, greet & seat guests arriving in bar area
-Engage guests in friendly conversations
-Coordinate & work in harmony with all other team members to deliver exceptional service

Perfil do Candidato

-5 years of experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or luxury hospitality.
-Expertise in Mixology with the ability to craft a whide range of cocktails, aperitifs & beverages with precision and creativity
-Fluent in at least 2 out of 3 languages: Portuguese, German, and English (additional languages are a plus).
-Have a guest focused personality, warm, engaging with a professional demeanor
-Attention to detail in organization & cleanliness of bar
-Team player with excellent collaboration skills
-Knowledgeable & passionate about wines, spirits & beverages with enthusiasm for learning & sharing new insights
-Flexible & adaptable
