The company where you will be working

You will be a part of the Hays tech team working to a worldwide Automotive OEM supplier, impacting directly on the next step of their global digitalization.

Your Tasks

• Manage the entire lifecycle of application projects from initiation to closure
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Lead project teams consisting of developers, testers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes
• Provide regular reports on project progress and key performance indicators

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on application development projects
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to success
• Proven track record of delivering successful application projects on-time and on-budget
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus
• A solid level of English (B2+)
