Your Role:

• Project Maestro:
  Oversee the entire lifecycle of application projects from start to finish.
• Strategic Planner:
  Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Team Leader:
  Guide a diverse team of developers, testers, and stakeholders to success.
• Risk Manager:
  Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Quality Champion:
  Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Communicator:
  Keep stakeholders and executives informed about project status, risks, and issues.
• Innovator:
  Identify and implement process improvements.
• Reporter:
  Provide regular updates on project progress and key performance indicators.

What You’ll Need:

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 5 years in project management, focusing on application development projects.
• Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Communication Skills:
  Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership:
  Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to success.
• Track Record:
  Demonstrated success in delivering application projects on-time and on-budget.
• Agile Experience:
  Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Certifications:
  PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
