What are we looking for?

We're looking for a senior Application Production Support profile with over 6 years of experience, fluent in English, to join a long-term opportunity in the Banking & Financial Services domain. This hybrid role is based in Lisbon, with availability for occasional travel.

The mission involves supporting application environments connected to Big Data, ensuring high system performance, and providing specialized technical assistance to development teams. You'll work closely with global teams in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Core Technologies & Skills:

• RedHat Linux
• PostgreSQL / SQL Server / Oracle
• Dynatrace
• Continuous Delivery / Deployment Automation
• Kubernetes / Cloud (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud)
• Infrastructure (Middleware, RDBMS, WAF, VIP, File Storage)

Responsibilities include:

• Technical support for application environments (on-prem & third-party)
• Application migration and re-hosting
• Managing changes, incidents, and requests
• Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams
• Application deployment and troubleshooting
• Performance tuning and capacity planning
• Scripting, task automation, and documentation
• Supporting strategic global and local projects
• Participating in critical activities (weekends/holidays on rotation)
