This role will be part of the Support and Operations Unit of the Information Systems Department, leading a team of 3 people.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the team responsible for the support and maintenance of banking applications;
• Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of critical applications;
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA and regulatory requirements;
• Coordinate incident resolution and ensure effective communication with stakeholders;
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to optimize solutions;
• Define continuous improvement strategies and automation of operational processes;
• Manage upgrades, patches, and versions of applications to minimize operational risks;
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, PSD2);
• Analyze performance metrics and propose improvements in user experience.

Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related fields is an advantage;
• Solid knowledge in architecture and functioning of banking applications;
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, system integration, and information security;
• Analytical skills and focus on solving complex problems;
• Management of multidisciplinary teams and effective communication with stakeholders;
• Experience with monitoring and ITSM tools (PRTG, Splunk, etc.);
• Ability to adapt and make decisions under pressure;
• Experience with applications: SAS Viya, SAS DIS, SAS FM, Finastra Trade Innovation, Finastra Payments to Go, Live and Dixtior DCS.

Experience and Skills:
• Over 5 years of experience in application management in a banking environment;
• ITIL or similar certifications are a plus;
• Knowledge of banking standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PSD2);
• A proactive mindset with strong coordination and summarization capabilities;
• Ability to work under pressure and lead crisis situations;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach;
• Strong interpersonal working relationships and team leader;
• Capacity to work under pressure and commitment with deadlines.
