We are hiring an Android Support Analyst L2 to be part of a pioneering project in the automotive industry, working on cutting-edge solutions that shape the future of connected mobility.
Main responsibilities
Perform deep technical analysis of system and application logs to identify root causes and propose scalable, long-term solutions;
Collaborate with QA and Android engineers to investigate and resolve complex application defects;
Document technical findings and resolution mechanisms clearly, including logs, screenshots, and video captures;
Support the L1 support team by enhancing internal knowledge bases and documentation;
Identify patterns in recurring issues and recommend process improvements;
Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system and ensure clear communication of technical findings;
Comply with the companys ethical and management standards in all daily activities.
Your profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in Android support, QA, or development roles;
Strong skills in log analysis, reverse engineering, and Android debugging tools;
Fluency in English (written and spoken);
Proficient with ADB commands and Android emulators;
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional environments.
Nice to have
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience;
Experience with Android Automotive OS.
