Description
- Designing and executing the national shopper marketing strategy across key retail and digital channels;
- Leading the development of impactful in-store activations, promotions, and brand experiences tailored to the shopper journey;
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Brand Teams to ensure integrated plans that align with business objectives;
- Managing and mentoring a team of shopper marketing professionals, fostering performance and capability development;
- Overseeing agency partners and third-party suppliers to deliver excellence in execution and innovation;
- Monitoring campaign effectiveness, shopper insights, and market trends to continuously optimise strategies;
- Acting as a strategic partner for key retail customers and internal stakeholders;
- Driving projects related to omnichannel experience, digital activation, and retail media opportunities.
Profile
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field;
Minimum of 7 years' experience in Shopper or Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry;
Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams;
Solid commercial acumen and a strategic mindset;
Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with shopper data, sell-out reports, and category insights;
Excellent communication and influencing skills;
Fluency in English (mandatory);
Availability for immediate start preferred.
