Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Accounts Payable (AP) Manager - Southern Europe to join a medical technology company.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to oversee and manage the accounts payable operations for our Southern Europe region.
This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices,
maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with local tax and
regulatory requirements. The AP Manager will lead a team of AP professionals and
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and
local operations, to support eicient financial processes across Southern Europe (e.g.,
Spain, Italy, France, etc.).

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in accounts payable or financeroles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position;
- Proven experience in managing AP operations across multiple countries, particularly within Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, etc.).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, etc.) in Southern Europe;
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and strong Excel skills;
- Fluent in English and Spanish both written and verbal;
- Proficiency in at least one Southern European language (Italian, French) is highly desirable;
