Your new role

- Customer Support by emails, chat and calls (5%);

- Give orientation and guidance in case of questions;

- Provide customers accurate and relevant information about products, services and promotions based on needs;

- Handle with customers and enter all customer details in an accurate and efficient manner to the relevant systems. 

What´ll need to succeed

- Experience of customer service in a multinational environment;

- Fluent in German and English – both written and spoken;

- Good communication skills (written and verbal);

- Flexibility and shift work is required.
