Our Client
Our Client is creating a Shared Services Centre in Lisbon and recruiting for several positions, taking into account its business and needs.
Your New Role
As an HR People Operations you will be responsible for: - Deliver 1st level of support regarding People Portal, by answering to cases from employees and managers;
- Document routines and processes;
- Quality assurance and analysis;
- Perform back-office tasks;
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
What you will need to be succeedTo be succeed in this role, you will need: - Background in HR areas;
- Proficiency working with HR systems, such as SAP (payroll), Workday and Service Now (People Portal);
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast environment and to handle with confidential information;
- Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English and other languages would be a plus.
