Adecco is partnering with a leading global company to find a talented Workplace Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic team and drive the technical requirements, configuration, maintenance, and administration of critical workplace tools.

What Youll Be Doing

• Review, assess, and define technical requirements with a focus on Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Access, Insight), Slack, and Okta.
• Ensure the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and administration of these tools.
• Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian services to meet team and business needs.
• Engage in full-service delivery, providing ideas, solutions, and advice to global projects.
• Drive group engagement by developing and implementing best practices to create a secure workplace, aligning with security controls, compliance, and standards.
• Liaise with other Group functions and the divisional Workplace functions, building and maintaining strong relationships and recognizing opportunities for strategic collaboration.
• Define, document, support, and approve LLDs, process creation, and perform maintenance on Flutter Workplace technologies.
• Design, test, and deploy API integrations, introducing software interoperability whenever possible.
• Among other responsibilities.

What Youll Bring

• Experience as part of a complex architecture/development practice, working on multiple large and complex projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrable impact on the strategic development of technology in a medium or large-sized company.
• Experience in User Life Cycle management, automated provisioning/deprovisioning, increasing efficiency, and strengthening security.
• Extensive knowledge of Atlassian, especially apps such as Access, Jira Service Management, Insight Asset Management, and Automation for Jira.
• Experience with Source control management (e.g., Github and Bitbucket).
• In-depth understanding of information and technical architecture and operations management disciplines.
• Dependability and consistency in successfully running multiple activities varied in scope and complexity, with a consistent ability to deliver results on time and on budget.
• Experience in managing global distributed processes with matrix responsibilities.
• Familiarity with the following technologies is also key.
