Your new role
As Workday Consultant, you will contribute to the ongoing optimisation and evolution of a global Workday HCM environment. Acting as a functional and systems specialist, you will support HR transformation initiatives by ensuring that configurations, data flows and reporting capabilities remain robust, compliant and aligned with business needs.
You will work closely with HR teams, operational stakeholders and external partners, translating functional requirements into effective system solutions and supporting the continuous enhancement of the Workday platform in a multi-country context.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain and optimise Workday HCM within a global governance framework
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency, overseeing data loads, migrations and validation activities
- Support and monitor integrations and EIB processes, ensuring stable and reliable system performance
- Act as a functional consultant for HR stakeholders, analysing business needs and proposing system solutions
- Contribute to system releases and upgrades, including testing coordination and documentation
- Support the rollout of new Workday features and functional enhancements
- Develop and maintain reports and analytical views to support HR decision-making
- Provide structured support for complex system or data-related issues
- Promote best practices, continuous improvement and standardisation across HRIS processes
What you’ll need to succeed
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday HCM in an international or complex environment
- Strong experience in functional configuration, data management, reporting and integrations
- Solid understanding of HR processes and system dependencies
- High attention to detail and confidence working with sensitive data
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Fluent English is essential
