The Webmaster will be a key technical expert responsible for managing and optimizing the website (WordPress), and for supporting the Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager with the creation of landing pages and emails (HubSpot).
Description
Website Management:
- Oversee the technical performance, accessibility, and responsiveness of Vantiva's website (vantiva.com) across desktop and mobile devices.
- Implement and manage SEO best practices using tools such as Screaming Frog and Semrush to monitor and enhance web visibility.
- Perform regular content updates while ensuring graphical and brand consistency.
Web Project Management:
- Write functional specifications and manage the development lifecycle for new website features or initiatives.
- Supervise project timelines, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and test features prior to release.
- Oversee new platform integrations, ensuring compatibility and smooth rollouts.
Compliance:
- Monitor and manage compliance with:
- Cookie policies using tools like OneTrust and ensure adherence to RGPD regulations.
- Accessibility Act implementing WCAG recommendations..
Analytics and Optimization:
- Utilize data analytics to track site performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement enhancements that improve user engagement and streamline platform efficiency.
Support with HubSpot Platform Management:
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager to ensure seamless integration with other platforms and to address technical challenges as they arise.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Partner with IT teams and external vendors for technical development and troubleshooting.
- Support Marketing and Communication teams by aligning efforts to broader business objectives.
Profile
- A degree in Digital Media, Web Development, IT, or a related field with significant experience in managing and optimizing digital platforms.
- Extensive expertise in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Semrush), along with solid knowledge of design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Proven experience in web project management, including drafting specifications, testing features, and supervising platform releases.
- Knowledge of data compliance regulations and experience with cookie management tools like OneTrust.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, with fluency in English and experience collaborating in multicultural environments.
