Your New Role
As a Web Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ experiences within a dynamic, multicultural, and entrepreneurial environment. This position is vital, and we seek a marketing professional with a hands-on attitude and a pragmatic approach.
Responsibilities
- Produce, modify, collaborate on, publish, and oversee all content management and SEO-related tasks on our websites and mobile apps, maintaining an active, hands-on approach.
- Handle document management from configuration to publication and dissemination.
- Implement business and legal action plans to ensure consistency and full compliance across all websites.
- Review and set up business procedures and processes to support web publication activities.
- Create static mock-ups, such as for product microsites.
- Develop and support the delivery of digital/web-related projects (e.g., web migration, new add-ons, platform enhancements) in collaboration with the Marketing Projects team, external consultants, agencies, and other vendors.

What You Will Need to Succeed
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience, including at least three years in a similar role. Experience with external vendors and working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English being essential.
- A self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- High sense of priority with the ability to re-prioritize based on business needs and legal requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic and positive personality, professionally curious, detail-oriented, motivated, and collaborative.
- Proficient in using Content Management Systems like WordPress and Elementor, with working knowledge of UI/UX, HTML, CSS. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools.
