About the company

A multinational medical-device company is recruiting a Warehouse Coordinator for its Porto operations. The role will oversee warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, order handling and dispatch of medical products, as well as adherence to corporate logistics policies. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and support warehouse and customer service teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions and order processing.
• Monitor compliance with local regulations and corporate procedures.
• Oversee stock accuracy, flows, replenishment, consignment and loaner set management.
• Measure KPIs, evaluate supplier performance and analyze service level data.
• Support international and local operational projects, network redesign and process improvements.
• Improve loaner pool management, set composition accuracy and delivery quality.
• Optimize transport flows and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Engineering, or similar fields.
• 5–7 years of operations supervision experience in the medical-device sector.
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, project-management experience.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong alignment to sales teams.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
