Providing an enjoyable experience through excellent service with friendliness and professionalism. Attention to detail and anticipation together with strong organisational skills.

Tasks:

Ability to multi-tasking in service oriented environment

Capacity to handle specific requests and anticipation ensure smooth and prompt experience

Interaction with Guests with the highest and genuine level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating requests when possible

Strong organisational skills

Mise en place including cleaning and set-up according to service standards

Capacity to suggest amongst the Hotel's offering

Basic knowledge of F&B
