You will:

• Coach teams toward continuous improvement that delivers real value
• Help Product Owners clarify needs and improve their practices and delivery
• Build a safe, trusting environment and establish clear stakeholder communication channels
• Promote inclusive decision making where every voice is heard

Requirements:

• Strong experience as an 'Agile Coach' or similar role
• Experience implementing a range of Agile methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc
• Experience coaching and guiding Product Owners/teams
• Strong communication skills
• Strong English skills
