CostaTerra Golf & Ocean Club is seeking for a dynamic Valet Attendant to join our team in Melides!

A Valet Attendant is responsible for driving, parking and retrieving guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure. The valet parking attendant returns vehicles from the parking lot promptly and safely and provides excellent customer service to each guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and prospects to the Club.
• Assist with loading/ unloading guests' luggage.
• Park cars safely.
• Retrieve cars for guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure that parked cars are locked and that keys are stored safely or returned to the owner.
• Escort guests to their Villas and explain Club facilities.
• Assist in to delivering messages and packages to members and do several other tasks according to the members' request.
• Receive and store the guest luggage and keep a proper record of level tags.
• Be fully aware of what functions are going on in the club.
• Car washing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or resort industry.
• Proven safe driver and clean driving records is essential.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Customer service experience and friendly demeanor.
• Accountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of the position allows access to a client's personal and private information.
• Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission.
• Organizational skills are necessary to quickly recall the location of vehicles and their appropriate keys.
• Experience in driving off-road vehicles using 4x4.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be extremely responsible with integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and

discretion
