Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Finance Department with the integration of a Treasury Specialist for its Lisbon office.

Key tasks/activities:

• Issue and send invoices, draw up monitoring maps;
• Analyze customer and supplier current accounts;
• Collect and prepare debt reports;
• Prepare commission statements;
• Regular communication with suppliers and monitor current accounts;
• Plan payments to suppliers;
• Prepare monthly cash-flow statements.

Requirements, Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or equivalent;
• 3 years of previous experience in a similar role;
• Strong analytical, organizational and dynamic skills;
• Willingness to work as part of a team and good interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (valued);
• Proactivity, rigor, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills, particularly in Portuguese and English;
• Interest in the real estate market and consultancy business.
