Main Duties:

• Design and execute a quality assurance strategy that supports overarching project deliverables.
• Define clear testing guidelines and procedures to ensure uniform quality standards are applied across all development efforts.
• Partner closely with cross-disciplinary teams to guarantee thorough testing coverage and foster clear communication around quality expectations.
• Supervise the QA team in performing various types of testing, including but not limited to functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Track testing milestones and outcomes, regularly updating key stakeholders on progress and any potential risks.
• Manage and optimize test processes using tools like Jira, Xray, and Octane.
• Continually assess and enhance testing workflows, promoting efficient and effective practices.
• Support the professional growth of junior QA staff through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile:

• Demonstrated success in leading QA teams or initiatives.
• Deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with industry tools such as Octane, Jira, and Xray.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in both English and French, with at least a C1 proficiency level.
• Self-driven with excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
