What Youll Do

Lead and manage a team within the IT and Azure Business Unit, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Design and implement cloud solutions with a focus on Microsoft Azure.

Optimize cloud costs and manage FinOps strategies.

Oversee serverless computing, networking technologies, and hardware infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-value solutions.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or Management.

Proven experience in technology-related solutions and team leadership.

Deep understanding of network architecture, data center services, and cloud security.

Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset.

Availability to travel for specific projects (national and international).
