Join our team as Tech Lead Backend Developer (PHP) (f/m/d)

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and international environment?

We are looking for a Tech Lead to guide our PHP Backend Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Tech Lead for a PHP Backend Development Team on Product Development and Maintenance activities.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and web applications using PHP, Laravel, Eloquent, GraphQL and MSSQL DB Design and Model.

Implement GraphQL for efficient data querying and manipulation.

Create well-structured, testable, and efficient code.

Create high-quality, maintainable code with good Automated Code Coverage using PHPUnit.

Work closely with Product Owners, QA, SME and other Developers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed DevOps practices in the Development lifecycle.

Use Jira and GitLab for streamlined Project tracking, version control, and collaboration.

Apply Agile Development Methodology to deliver iterative, high-quality software solutions.

Key Skills:

Technical Expertise:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel, Eloquent, GraphQL, and SQL.

Proficient in Database Modeling and Design (Microsoft SQL Server).

Experience with Automated Unit Testing using PHP Unit.

Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Skilled in Jira, GitLab; familiarity with SonarQube is a plus.

Proficient in Agile environments with a collaborative mindset.

Passionate about optimizing development workflows with the latest AI technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and clear, fluent communication in English (spoken and written).
