Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Tech Lead Appian

Responsibilities

Design, Development, Architecture, Implementation and Support on end-to-end business applications with Appian BPM platform.

Review Business Requirements / SRS

Participate in user stores creation

Liaise with BA / TA for requirements related questions

Develop solution as per requirements

Perform Unit testing, fix defects identified in Unit testing

UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.

Writing various Server-side scripts using Script Includes.

Understanding and debugging of system logs

Experience in Production support tasks

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with overall experience in support of information technology computer systems and databases.

Experience as a developer with exposure to multiple technology platforms including Java/J2EE etc.

Rich Appian development experience including designs conceptual workflows and related actions.

Ability to construct conceptual application architecture including reports, records and news feeds.

Sound knowledge in working with Relational Databases like Oracle and must have knowledge in the workflow management working directly with technology, business stakeholders/leadership in formulating technical requirements to solve business problems.

Through knowledge of SDLC, Project Management/Delivery with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Good understanding of Agile Methodology preferred.

Experience in Developing Web services and exposure to Enterprise application integration.

L3 certified in Appian.

Experience in Appian.

Preferred qualifications

Implementation Specialist certifications (L3) is preferred.

Good management, analytic, problem solving & interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, Positive outlook & result oriented

Excellent communication skills

Good knowledge of available IT systems/tools and always keep up to date with new developments within the IT industry.
