Practical Information
Location: Lisbon, Portugal Reports to: HR Manager Language Requirements: Fluent/Professional level Portuguese and English, written & spoken
As our new HR Coordinator, you will support our local General Manager and teams in all HR-related matters within a dynamic, fast-growing tech environment. You will help shape and scale HR operations while ensuring compliance with Portuguese labor laws and building a strong employee experience. Furthermore, you will manage key HR admin tasks-including contracts, amendments, compliance, and HRIS maintenance-and take ownership of onboarding and offboarding in Portugal.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Providing support and follow-up employees and managers in daily HR-related matters
- Managing onboarding and offboarding programs
- Organizing and executing initiatives around culture & employee satisfaction
- Documenting and continuously updating processes and standards
- Support employees, management and Payroll
Your Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Practical experience using HR systems
- Good knowledge of Portuguese Labour Law
- Preferably 3 years of experience in a similar role with practical involvement in HR systems, preferably within the IT sector

- Ability to work in a fast-paced/agile work environment and prioritize work appropriately
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independent and as an autonomous team player
- Engaged and involved in HR related topics
