Your New Role
- Building and leading a team in Porto to meet the growing requirements of our global HR-Suite
- Working with the HR department to develop ideas, concepts and solutions, which will be implemented, customized or delivered for interfaces in the system
- Main responsibility is on the technical implementation and further development of our global SAP SuccessFactors Suite, including change, tests, release and lifecycle management
- Point of contact for international HR colleagues as 2nd level support for any concerns or problems
- Looking after the interfaces and connected systems, taking on project management on the technical side and managing our external service providers
- Working closely with the HR Systems Department to further develop the HR system landscape and drive digitalization forward
What You'll Need
- Completed computer science apprenticeship / degree or comparable IT qualifications
- Ideally initial leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a distributed team
- Gained experience in project management as well as technical consulting and support for SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with expert knowledge of individual modules of the SuccessFactors Suite
- Communicative personality who enjoys working in project teams and has a knack for technical solutions
- Good knowledge of English in order to be able to communicate with international colleagues
