Financial Services Company is looking for a Team Leader.

Principais responsabilidades

Manage and coordinate responses to due diligence and investment-related inquiries from institutional clients and investment consultants;

Work closely with internal teams, including investment specialists, risk, compliance, and IT, to ensure accurate and consistent messaging;

Oversee multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables;

Structure and maintain a comprehensive database of investment-related content to streamline future proposal processes;

Act as a mentor and reference point for junior team members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Perfil desejado

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within asset management, financial services, or investment banking;

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams;

Solid knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and industry regulations;

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail;

Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is highly valued;

Fluency in English (both written and spoken);

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field. Candidates with backgrounds in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism with a strong interest in investments will also be considered.
